The Virgina bill is actually worse than the other bills because it also mandates a trans-vaginal ultrasound, which is a medically unnecessary probe inserted into a woman’s vagina, and legally cannot be refused by either the woman or her doctor. To be clear, by the standards of the DOJ, this qualifies as rape. It is state-mandated rape of women seeking abortions.
